METAvivor
METAvivor is dedicated to the specific fight of women and men living with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. At the time of METAvivor’s founding, no organization was dedicated to funding research for the disease and no patient groups were speaking out about the dearth of stage 4 cancer research. While more and more people have taken up the cry for more stage 4 research, METAvivor remains the sole US organization dedicated to awarding annual stage 4 breast cancer research.
Living Beyond Breast Cancer – Living With Metastatic Breast Cancer
This section of LBBC.ORG is dedicated to addressing your needs. Here, you will find tailored information and resources to help you face your diagnosis, understand the treatment options, manage symptoms and side effects, talk with your family and friends, and communicate with your employer.
The Chrysalis Initiative
The Chrysalis Initiative exists to disrupt outcome disparities within breast cancer, so every patient receives the care they deserve. By providing patients with mentoring and resource navigation and equipping Black women (and other disparate groups) with the opportunity and education to assess their breast cancer risk, we are closing the gap one story at a time.
